No — individual accounts can sell too. "Shop" accounts are for traders selling regularly and may need a one-time approval before their first listing goes live.

The payout is paused and the BOOM team reviews the listing, the item as received, and both sides' account before deciding on a refund or release.

Every seller carries a public rating built from real completed orders, visible before you buy — not just claimed by the seller.

Bank account details are encrypted at rest, and payments are processed through licensed payment gateways — BOOM never stores your card details.

Yes — every account can both buy and sell. Listing your first item automatically enables seller features on your account.
